I've experienced almost every role in gymnastics:
- I got my first job coaching birthday parties and summer camp at my childhood gym when I was 14.
- I spent a decade hustling through 6-7 day work weeks as I developed my coaching chops.
- I've directed preschool, recreational, summer camp, team, and municipal programs.
- I've worked at many types of gyms: city and rural, large and small, all-rec and competitive, public and private.
I say all this to tell you: I've been in your shoes, and I know how it feels. I'm here to help the beginner who wants to feel confident and know coaching strategies that work, the intermediate coach developing & refining their techniques, and the director striving for success and eager to make meaningful contributions in their gym.
